Homemade Salsa

Making your own salsa at home can be as easy as dumping everything into a food processor or blender! Here’s how I like to make mine:

This quick and easy condiment comes together in less than 10 minutes for a cleaner, no preservative snack. Layer on top of your salad or scoop with your favorite tortilla chip!

Cuisine: Mexican
Serves: 2 cups
  • 1 can tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green chili (I use serrano for an extra kick)
  • ½ onion
  • 1½ small lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 handful cilantro
  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend till combined and you get your texture of choice.
