This homemade salsa is so easy to make and so much better for your health and your pocket. Made with pantry staples and ingredients you likely have on hand.

I have a mango corn salsa recipe, which is more textured and takes a little bit longer, but this one is as easy as dumping everything into a food processor or blender, blitzing it, and voila, ready in just 10 minutes.

This quick and easy Salsa comes together in less than 10 minutes for a cleaner, no preservative snack. Layer on top of your salad or scoop with your favorite tortilla chip!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green chili I use serrano for an extra kick
  • 1/2 onion rough chopped
  • 1 1/2 small lemon juiced
  • 2 teaspoons pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 handful cilantro

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend till combined and you get your texture of choice.
