I would recommend Zeeshan to high-achievers who find themselves plateauing somehow in some areas of their lives and wish to reach the sky because it’s only limit we should think of. Why? Because I would have never considered myself as a person who needed a health and life coach but here I was coveting her work. Zeeshan was able to help me work toward these goals by providing helpful charts to stay on track, and visualize my needs and wants better. These charts helped me put my plans on paper and follow through with them. My inner-motivation has returned because she has been a great accountability partner and a true support system.
I did really enjoy your cooking class! The food was wonderful and I really loved the speech you gave at the beginning telling about how your health problems led to your journey to eat healthier.

The Healthy South Asian Cooking workshop was a very enjoyable yet informative event. It was well-planned, well-executed, and done from the heart. Zeeshan exposed me to new ideas, creative alternatives, and reaffirmed some of my previous knowledge about South Asian cooking. Plus, the cooking was excellent and we all had a blast! I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is looking to cook in a healthier way!
Not just a professional at her job but displays a passion that transfers to her clients. A strong motivator and caring. Intelligent and a teacher. Her ability to ask the right questions so that you open up and have that “aha” moment that allows you to shift your mindset to a healthier level.
It is a blessing to have a motivated woman in the community sharing her skills, story, and talent and transforming lives through nutrition, wellness, and being kind to ourselves. We so enjoyed having Zeeshan speak at our event and continue to learn from her every day!
I would highly recommend this program. It’s both an educational & a fun experience. The instructions are easy to follow & the best part is, the program teaches you to make small changes in everyday life that are simple to incorporate.
Loved the meal prep ideas and recipes!I am more prepared and am able to stay away from processed foods. This program will help restructure your healthy eating.

I would definitely recommend this program. It has challenged me into pushing myself into a better/healthier lifestyle which I was lacking.I am feeling good and light.My energy levels are up in a long time and I don’t feel the need to nap.Mood is better as well and also my digestion.
The program gave me that push I need, without it being overwhelming and unrealistic.Learning about nutrition labels and the hidden sugar in foods. Loved sharing thoughts, ideas and recipes with others in the group. Also loved how you glorified healthy food options to make them more appealing. Eating things that look pretty and easy to fix can be fun! Meal prep is an awesome idea and even though I haven’t gotten into it much yet, I’m excited to try it. Thanks for making this program informative, fun and interactive!
