I did the unthinkable tonight… I meal prepped. Thanks to An-Nisa’s nightly talk. Tonight it was on healthy eating, and a gentle reminder of how our gut is 2/3rds of our immune system. It reminded me why I got into health and wellness 11 years ago.

The Healthy South Asian Cooking workshop was a very enjoyable yet informative event. It was well-planned, well-executed, and done from the heart. We had a Holiday Event with Zeeshan for our Honeywell Women in Tech group, she was just amazing.
