spinach
packed

eggs

full fat cottage cheese
¼

parmesan
shredded

tsp
minced garlic

tsp
oregano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.
Add all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process till smooth.
Pour the batter onto the prepared sheet pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or till browned on top.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool completely before filling it with your favorite fillings.
Finally, roll the wrap, cut it down the middle and enjoy!
Notes
Oven temperatures can vary so keep an eye and check on your flatbread at the 20-minute mark.
Use a quarter sheet pan for this recipe and do not forget to line it with parchment!
Drain the water if your cottage cheese has it to prevent the batter from being too thin.
