Peel and cut the citrus into quarters, and add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend till fully incorporated.
Next, place a fine mesh sieve on top of a measuring jug or bowl and strain the mixture to filter out the pulp. You can also use a cheesecloth or a nut milk bag to squeeze every last drop. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for up to 3 hours or till frozen.
Once ready to use, put one cube into a mug and pour hot water on top. You can optionally add some honey. The immunity tea is ready to drink!

Notes
Feel free to use any orange. Just make sure they are medium-sized, about the size of a tennis ball, to ensure the right proportions.
I used turmeric powder, but you can use the fresh root.
These are perfect for meal prep, so once they are frozen, transfer them to a zip-top bag and store in the freezer for easy access.
Note that if you opt not to strain these before freezing, there will be about 12 cubes.
