Ingredients

milk

mint leaves

yogurt

honey

Instructions
To a high-speed blender add the yogurt, milk, mint leaves, honey and ice. Blend till smooth and frothy, about a minute.
Pour the lassi into two glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Use full-fat whole milk and yogurt for the creamiest consistency.
Adjust honey to taste.
The lassi does get a very slight brown tinge as it sits due to the mint leaves, but it's barely noticeable. Stir before drinking.
If you have a dairy intolerance, try using A2 milk or lactose-free milk.
