- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice
- 2-3 sprigs mint
- If you have intolerance to dairy, try using A2 milk or Lactose free milk.
- Always read labels and use milk that comes from grass fed cows.
