Mint Lassi

Lassi is a popular Pakistani/Indian equivalent of a milkshake. Thick and creamy, it has double the yoghurt and is served chilled. A perfect beverage for hot summer days or just about any time it strikes your fancy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2-3 sprigs mint

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Top with mint leaf
  • Enjoy

Notes

  • If you have intolerance to dairy, try using A2 milk or Lactose free milk.
  • Always read labels and use milk that comes from grass fed cows.
