Ghee really helps make this cake nice and moist. Because almond flour can be dryish, I highly recommend using ghee or butter (if you can tolerate dairy) for this recipe.
Although coconut sugar does have more minerals and fiber than regular table sugar, it is still sugar so although this cake is healthier, you can have too much of it ?
