Pea Chutney
This pea chutney is a twist on the green chutney popular in South Asian cuisine. High in protein and fiber, it can be a great dip as well!

Ingredients

peas
fresh or defrosted

avocado
peeled and pitted

cilantro/coriander

green chili pepper
I use Serrano

lemon juice

garlic clove

salt
or to taste
Instructions
Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend to combine.
The result should be a thick and creamy consistency.
