Pea Chutney

This pea chutney is a twist on the green chutney popular in South Asian cuisine. High in protein and fiber, it can be a great dip as well!

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peas fresh or defrosted
  • 1 avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup cilantro/coriander
  • 1 green chili pepper I use Serrano
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend to combine.
    The result should be a thick and creamy consistency.
