Immunity Bombs
These ginger turmeric Immunity bombs are perfect for prepping ahead. Simply pop one into a mug and pour boiling water on top!

- 2 oranges I used navel
- 1 lemon
- 3 teaspoons minced ginger / 2 inch root
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder / 2 inch root
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Peel and cut the citrus into quarters.
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend till fully incorporated.
Next pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for up to 3 hours or till frozen.
Once ready to use, put on top of a strainer on a mug and pour boiling water over it. The bomb will melt and you can strain away the fiber. The immunity tea is ready to drink!
- Feel free to use any type of oranges. Just make sure they are medium sized, about the size of a tennis ball to ensure the right proportions.
- I used turmeric powder but you can use the root as well.
- These are perfect for meal prep so you can store them in a zip top bag in the freezer for easy access.
