- A food diary where you will log in daily all that you eat during the 30 days. This is a great way to learn how foods have a connection to mood;

Grocery store tour
This is a 1 1/2 hour field trip to a local grocery store. You will get a variety of handouts including guides and tips on how to become a smart consumer.
What you will learn to do as a result of this class:

- Read nutrition labels so as to avoid additives, chemicals and other toxins in our food;
- Shop effectively while saving time and money;
