Virtual Healthy Cooking Classes

Eat.Drink.Pure cooking classes are unlike any other out there. Zeeshan focuses on healthy and wholesome ingredients, where to source them and what health benefits they serve. These virtual cooking classes are interactive before which an ingredient list will be provided so that your team is prepared to cook along. We make a salad, entree and dessert/drink. When I travel I try to eat healthy but give myself some wiggle room and will indulge in eating gluten which I don’t usually eat. However, I am able to find healthy ish gluten free fare most places I go

🧅Portion into zip top bags 
🧅When ready to use, thaw for 10-15 minutes in a bowl of water
