It’s been great so far because I made sure I was prepped and ready for the week ( I’ll have a review up on my channel once I’m done so look out for that!) 
Last night I made my family’s favorite meal, Khao Suey, a regular in our dinner rotation.

Last night I used spaghetti squash  and today cabbage was the @whole30 “noodle”
🍜I had meal prepped cabbage, bell peppers, onions and green onions at the start of the week. 
🍜Just added the left over chicken from the Khao Suey curry, added the condiments and voila!
