Virtual healthy cooking classes (1.5-2 hours) These are interactive before which participants will get an ingredient list so that they are prepared to cook along. We cook together and questions and engagement is encouraged. Recipes and a video recording of the presentation is sent to all participants after the event.
Virtual cooking demonstrations (30-45 minutes ) These are not interactive but informative as Zeeshan talks about the ingredients and why She chose them. You get science backed food education plus learn healthy tips and meal prep hacks to make healthy eating easy, delicious and an enjoyable experience. Recipes are shared with all participants after the event.
