I conduct virtual events on the Zoom platform but if you would rather host on another platform, we can discuss that as well.
- Nutrition presentations (30 minutes) Some topics include Inflammation, Reading nutrition labels and Conquering Sugar Cravings. The topics can be customised to your company’s needs.
- Virtual healthy cooking classes (1.5-2 hours) These are interactive before which participants will get an ingredient list so that they are prepared to cook along. We cook together and questions and engagement is encouraged. Recipes and a video recording of the presentation is sent to all participants after the event.
- Virtual cooking demonstrations (30 – 35 minutes ) These are not interactive but informative as I talk about the ingredients and why I chose them. You get food education plus learn healthy tips and meal prep hacks to make healthy eating easy, delicious and enjoyable experience. Recipes and a video recording of the presentation is sent to all participants after the event.
I attended the virtual cooking session offered by Eat.Drink.Pure and it was an amazing class, loaded with useful information and mouth watering recipes. Zeeshan’s class incorporated several healthy options that are time savers and easy to prepare. I am certainly looking forward to the next class!
