Chocolate Chip Granola Bites

These granola bites are the perfect combination of chewy and crunchy. They are sweet enough to appease the sweetest of tooth

Serves: About 20
  • 1 cup Oatmeal (toasted)
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Almond butter
  • ½ cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup flax seed (ground)
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients but oatmeal.
  2. Toast the oatmeal and add to the mix.
  3. Mix till all the ingredients are thoroughly combined
  4. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes so that it is easier to form into balls
  5. Once chilled form into balls
  6. Store in airtight container
