Lassi is a popular Pakistani/Indian equivalent of a milkshake. Thick and creamy, it has double the yoghurt and is served chilled. A perfect beverage for hot summer days or just about any time it strikes your fancy!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup yoghurt (greek will make it creamier)
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2-3 sprigs mint
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Top with mint leaf
  3. Enjoy
