One Pan Sumac Chicken with Roasted Vegetables

  • 1 whole chicken, skin on
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ½ tsp garlic, minced
  1. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Prepare the marinade by mixing together the melted butter, sumac, salt, lemon and garlic. Apply the marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for atleast 2 hours to over night.
  2. Bake for 35 mins or until the chicken is golden brown in color and the temperature 165 degrees on a food thermometer.
