Favorite Pancakes. They get their name because, you guessed it, they are a favorite in our home.

Serves: 6
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup all- purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  1. In a cup pour milk and vinegar and let rest.
  2. Meanwhile in a seperate bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt and sugar.
  3. With a whisk stir the dry ingredients so that they are mixed evenly.
  4. combine the milk to the flour.
  5. Whisk the egg and add to the batter.
  6. Melt the butter in microwave or stovetop.
  7. add slowly to the batter.
  8. Heat a large non stick skillet and pour ¼ cupfuls into skillet
  9. Let bubbles form on the surface of the pancake before flipping to the other side.
