Easy Lemon-Ginger Water

Try this healing water to flush out all the toxins. Consistency is key though!
Recipe type: Detox waters and teas
  • 2 medium sized lemons
  • 1-2 inch ginger root
  • Raw local honey
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 small (17 oz) airtight jar
  1. Slice the lemons in quarters.
  2. Proceed to cut the quarters into thin slices
  3. Add this to the jar.
  4. Slice the ginger root and add this to the jar as well.
  5. Lastly sprinkle the turmeric.
  6. Pour the honey to the top of the jar.
  7. Mix the ingredients together and prick with a fork to get the juice out of the lemon.
  8. Close the jar and shake the ingredients together.
  9. Store in refrigerator.
  10. Put 1 tbsp per cup of water and drink first thing in the morning.
