This super easy “Cookie Bar” recipe is sure to be a winner in your home. It has wholesome ingredients that are good for you, repairing your body even as you enjoy it. This recipe boasts a pretty impressive lineup. It has almonds, flaxseed, coconut oil, honey and the feel good drug, DARK CHOCOLATE!
I want to take a moment to talk about flaxseed. This seed is tiny but it packs a nutritional punch!
It is a great source of:

Omega- 3 essential fatty acids are “good” fats that have heart healthy effects and Alpha-linolenic acid, the main component, has anti inflammatory properties.
